Vector Unsigned Horizontal Add

The zero-extended odd elements in vector 'a' (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) are added to the zero-extended even elements in vector 'b' (sixteen unsigned 8-bit integer numbers) producing aresult twice the size of the input operands. The result is written to vector (eight unsigned 16-bit integer numbers).
