Vector Compare Equal

Set all bits to 1 in vector (four signed 32-bit integer numbers) elements if the corresponding 'a' (four signed 32-bit integer numbers) and 'b' (four signed 32-bit integer numbers) elements are equal, otherwise set all bits to 0.
