Vector Signed Dot Product and Add

The signed integer elements in vector 'b' (four signed 32-bit integer numbers) are multiplied by signed integer elements in vector 'c' (four signed 32-bit integer numbers). producing a result twice the size of the input operands. The multiplication results of adjacent odd/even elements are sub-tracted from the integer elements in vector 'a' (two signed 64-bit integer numbers).
